Continue ReadingMichael Scott Michael Scott 5’9″ | 155 lbs | WR Dallastown | 2025 State PA put on a show at last year’s Prep Redzone Showcase and carried it over to a strong Junior year. Scott is a dynamic receiver who can take the ball to the end zone every time he touches the ball. He also has excellent hands and catches the ball well in traffic. He has picked up a ton of momentum on the recruiting trail with multiple Division 1 offers. He recently picked up an offer from Massachusetts. Scott is also visiting Kentucky this weekend. Scott should be one of the better receivers competing at the Prep Redzone Showcase. I am excited to see him compete at the showcase.

David Warde David Warde 6’1″ | 150 lbs | ATH William Penn | 2025 State PA is another talented player an athlete from York High. This will be his 1st Prep Redzone Showcase, so he has a chance to excel. Warde is a legit wide receiver who catches the ball well and runs excellent routes. He does a nice job in contested catches and is also good after the catch to make people in space. He has not gained many College Football looks yet, but he did visit West Virginia in the fall. The Prep Red Zone Showcase is a good chance for him to impress multiple College Football coaches.
Drew Branstetter Drew Branstetter 6’1″ | 175 lbs | QB Camp Hill | 2025 State PA had a excellent Junior Year for Camp Hill last year at quaterback. He helped lead Camp Hill to a 2A District 3 Title. Branstetter can make all the throws at quarterback. He is also a good athlete who can move around in the pocket. I am excited to see him throw and partiticipate at the Prep Redzone Camp. He should have a chance to showcase his talent in front of a ton of College Football coaches.

Caileb Howse
Caileb Howse
Caileb Howse has limited film because he was behind starting quarterback Trenton Wagner Trenton Wagner 5’11” | 150 lbs | QB Lampeter-Strasburg | 2024 State PA last year. In spot duty Howse did show he is a talented runner. He is very good at making the right read on diffferent zone run plays and then going downhill and running hard. He is a tough physical runner that defensive players have a hard time bringing down. Howse should have a good chance to start next year because Trenton Wagner Trenton Wagner 5’11” | 150 lbs | QB Lampeter-Strasburg | 2024 State PA has graduated. I am excited to see Howse throw at the Prep Redzone Showcase and see how he stacks up with the other quarterbacks in the class.
Tyler Frey Tyler Frey 6’0″ | 185 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA played as an outside linebacker for Central York last year. He is one of the better outside linebackers I watched on film. Frey does an outside job playing the flat in a zone defense. Twice on film, I saw teams try to throw wide receiver screens at him and both times he intercepted the passes and returned them for touchdowns. He also several times got off blocks and made tackles near the line of scrimmage. Frey is also good at setting the edge and either forcing the ball carrier inside or making the tackle. He is an excellent tackler in the open field. Frey is a talented linebacker and I cannot wait to see him compete in the position drills at linebacker at the Prep Redzone Showcase. Last year the linebacker’s position drills had lots of competition, and I am expecting the same thing for this showcase. So it is a good opportunity for Frey to impress several college football coaches attending the event.
Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6’2″ | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is a talented quarterback who had a good year for State College last year. Corkery probably has one of the strongest arms in the 2025 class. You see him use it when he throws a deep ball and through the air, he can throw for 50 or 60 yards. Corkery is good at throwing on the run. Several times on film State College used him in the sprint out package and he showed good ability to throw the ball well on the run. At the Prep Redzone Showcase, it is interesting to see how he stacks up with other quarterbacks. I am excited to see how he stacks up with the other quarterbacks in this class.

Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA put his name on the map last year at the Prep Redzone Showcase with a strong showing. He had a really strong Junior Year for Trinity. Young is an elite athlete who can score every time he touches the ball. He had one carry as a wildcat quarterback where he went to one side of the ball, saw no opening, and cut to the other side of the field for a big play. He had another play he took a slant and took it to the end zone. He is an elite athlete playing receiver. It will be fun to see him compete with the other wide receivers at the Prep Redzone Showcase.
Mikal Shank did not get a lot of playing time last year but has all the tools to be a successful quarterback. Being at the Prep Redzone Showcase as a Freshman can be tough because of the talented players at the showcase, but it will benefit Shank to be around a talented group of players. Shank is great size standing 6’3 inches tall and can make all the throws. I am excited to see him throw live at the Prep Redzone Showcase.

Santhonax Labonte
Santhonax Labonte
Santhonax Labonte is a tall and rangy athlete who plays outside linebacker. He can be moved around and can be used as a stand-up defensive end to an off-the-ball linebacker. Labonte is a raw, but athletic player. I am excited to see how he does at the Prep Redzone camp because he is the type of player that College coaches would love to coach up. Labonte should do well in all the linebacker drills and I am excited to see him compete.
Mateo Crummel Mateo Crummel 5’11” | 150 lbs | ATH Central Dauphin | 2024 State PA is a talented player who played all over the field for Central Dauphin last year. He played as both a slot receiver and as a running back. He was very good at both positions. Crummel also flashed as a kickoff returner. Crummel is the type of player who could blow up at a camp like this because he is a 2024 prospect and plenty of College Coaches will be at this event. I am excited to see him work out, I think he will turn some heads.
