Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA ‘s season ended on Friday night, but Corkery should be proud of the season he had this season. Corkery has this special ability to make plays with his feet when the play breaks down. He scrambles around to find open receivers better than most quarterbacks. In the pocket, he does a good job of throwing the ball to his receivers promptly. Corkery had a special season, and he should be proud of what State College accomplished this season.

The kid continued it with a great performance Friday night to get the big win against Bishop McDevitt. In what has to be called the game of the year Corkery outshined Kentucky commit Stone Saunders Stone Saunders 6'1" | 205 lbs | QB Bishop McDevitt | 2025 State PA and won a thriller 58-55. Corkery is having a special season for State College and it should continue while they play in the playoffs.

Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA continues to put on a show each week for State College. On Friday night, in a win over Central Dauphin East, he threw for over 300 yards and 5 touchdowns. It is just a matter of time until Corkery gets some College Football offers because Corkery is a difference-maker at quarterback. The kid has a strong arm and knows exactly where he wants to throw it every time. Corkery is having a great senior year at State College.

Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is a legit quarterback in the 2025 class for State College. He continues to play at a high level. Corkery has one of the strongest arms in the 2025 class. He continues to throw a good deep ball on a regular basis. He puts the perfect amount of touch on the ball. Corkery also has improved his intermediate passes as well. He also moves around well inside and outside the pocket. Corkery is one of the better quarterbacks in the area.

Having a quarterback returning like Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is a good place to start for a football team. Corkery played well for State College last year and hopes to build on that this year. He was at our Prep Redzone Showcase and he played well. Below is what I wrote about him after the showcase:

Corkery might have the strongest arm of this group of quarterbacks. He does a great job throwing deep-out routes or deep balls. Both of those type of passes you see his strength on those types of passes. Corkery also uses excellent mechanics well to throw a good accurate pass. Corkery is a player who started last year for State College and should only improve going into his 2nd year as a starter.

I came away impressed with his ability to throw the ball consistently. He also has a strong arm and showed it off by throwing several impressive deep balls. Corkery deserved the 2nd team recognition.

Question: Can Corkery leap into the next Tier of 25 QBs?

Tommy Friberg and Finn Furmanek left behind big shoes to fill at State College. Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is called to fill said shoes and did one hell of a job as a junior under center last Fall. So much so that I’m comfortable calling him a top 20 passer among his 2025 classmates. The margin between him and the top ten is marginal in terms of numbers. 120 spots and Corkery would see himself trusted inside the top ten. A great performance here could help me make that call. Averaged 200ypg through 11 total games last Fall. Expecting this camp to be a breeze.

Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is a talented quarterback who had a good year for State College last year. Corkery probably has one of the strongest arms in the 2025 class. You see him use it when he throws a deep ball and through the air, he can throw for 50 or 60 yards. Corkery is good at throwing on the run. Several times on film State College used him in the sprint out package and he showed good ability to throw the ball well on the run. At the Prep Redzone Showcase, it is interesting to see how he stacks up with other quarterbacks. I am excited to see how he stacks up with the other quarterbacks in this class.
