I underestimated this quarterback the first time through. A second evaluation painted a much different picture of the player. His decision making, confidence, and overall effectiveness deserved more credit than I initially gave him. That is why he moved up my board. With a Rutgers and Buffalo offer under his belt, I am admitting to missing on Kulka. 105 still isn’t high enough based on recruiting heat surrounding his name.
