6’2, 200 out of State College, 3.8 GPA. I’ll say it straight, I should’ve stuck with my original grade on him. This is a kid I once viewed as a Top 100 player and he’s worked his way right back into that conversation. Recruiting has caught up too, now sitting on 8+ Division I offers including Navy, Army West Point, and Eastern Michigan. Multi-sport athlete with lacrosse, basketball, and baseball on his resume, which shows up in how he moves. 9’3” broad jump confirms the explosiveness. Team captain, which matters, especially for a kid this versatile. 15 minutes of tape gives you everything you need, not just flashes. Can play WR or safety at a high level, no wrong answer there. FCS floor with a real shot at sticking at the FBS level. Should be ranked higher, simple.

‘s film is mostly junior varsity, but sprinkled in are some varsity plays as well. He has great size (6’2″) and athleticism for the position. His ability to high-point passes thrown near him is impressive. He can almost always outjump defensive backs. He also has excellent speed, and several times on go balls, he just ran by defensive backs for big plays. Because of his size and body control, he is an excellent wide receiver who should play varsity this year, and I expect a big season from him.
My State College Little Lions team had a great season this year:

has a history with baseball too. Has two separate tapes, one showcasing his two-way reps at WR and DB, another showcasing his efforts on special teams. I applaud this distinction, especially as a young developing prospect.
Plunging in Fry’s first tape, the majority of Fry’s better reps come through JV play, so I have to take a lot of his evaluation with a grain of salt, I would like coaches and Fry to do so as well. Some reps come under the lights. I expect Fry to see an elevated role so long as he continues working and developing this offseason. What’s encouraging, Fry’s production on JB/B-team is extensive.
