David Warde David Warde 6'1" | 150 lbs | ATH William Penn | 2025 State PA continues to be Mr. Reliable for York High. Warde made several big catches on the night for York High. On one play in particular he caught the ball on 4th down and broke several tackles for a first down. It was a great effort and he showed how talented he was as a wide receiver. He also played well at defensive back and did an excellent job in coverage. Then he made several tackles to slow down the Dallastown offense. Warde continues to show his versatility as an athlete on the football field.

David Warde David Warde 6'1" | 150 lbs | ATH William Penn | 2025 State PA is a good two-way player for William Penn. At wide receiver, he does a nice job of running routes and making difficult catches. If the ball is thrown in his direction he usually comes down with the ball. He is good on 50/50 balls where he out-jumps defenders. He also does a good job of catching the ball and making defenders miss in the open field. At defensive back, he has excellent coverage skills. He shows good speed and moves well covering players. Warde is a good prospect that with a strong Senior Year should have a chance to play College Football.

David Warde David Warde 6'1" | 150 lbs | ATH William Penn | 2025 State PA is one of the better athletes in the 2025 class. He played as a wide receiver and as a defensive back for William Penn last year. At wide receiver, Warde is a difference maker. He is equally as good after the catch as he is with making catches downfield. Warde is good on contested catches by using his body to make difficult catches. As a defensive back, he is a playmaker. He is good in coverage and does a good job reading and reacting to the play to make a play on the ball. Warde is also good at coming up field to make tackles in the open field. Warde is a good athlete who can play on both sides of the ball.

This will be his 1st Prep Redzone Showcase, so he has a chance to excel. Warde is a legit wide receiver who catches the ball well and runs excellent routes. He does a nice job in contested catches and is also good after the catch to make people in space. He has not gained many College Football looks yet, but he did visit West Virginia in the fall. The Prep Red Zone Showcase is a good chance for him to impress multiple College Football coaches.
