It is impossible not to notice Imir Davis-Orr Imir Davis-Orr 6'4" | 270 lbs | OL William Penn | 2028 State PA . He is a massive human being with great size (6’4″) and strength. He played well as a right tackle. He played at a high rate all game for York High. I really like how he moves his feet to stay in front of edge defenders. Davis-Orr played well against a good defense. The sky’s the limit for him as a prospect.

Imir Orr possesses the size and physical tools to become one of the premier young offensive linemen in the York-Adams League. At 6-foot-4 and 263 pounds, he has an outstanding frame and the strength to dominate at the point of attack. Orr continues to develop his technique while showcasing the athleticism needed to excel in both the run and passing game. His upside makes him one of the Bearcats’ most promising trench prospects. Expect Orr to play a significant role in William Penn’s offensive success this season.

Previously unranked and without a profile, Imir Davis-Orr Imir Davis-Orr 6'4" | 270 lbs | OL William Penn | 2028 State PA debuts inside the Top 100 at No. 68 overall. Davis-Orr already holds offers from programs such as West Liberty, IUP, and Kent State, giving him one of the stronger recruiting profiles in this range. At 6’4, 270 pounds, he enters as the No. 10 offensive lineman in Pennsylvania’s 2028 class.
