We kicked off our ranking update series with the 2028 class. Last week, we continued with the 2027 class, ranking the top 125 juniors going into the 2025 football season. In case you missed it, you can check out our 2027 rankings RIGHT HERE. And this week, we finished up the ranking update with a brand new 2026 ranking, featuring the Top 200 2026 prospects in Oklahoma. Following each ranking update, we also dive into the rankings and talk about the players that are standing out and what makes them among the best in their class. Earlier this week, we put out a breakdown on the top five stock risers, followed by the top five newcomers. In this breakdown, we're putting that spotlight on the quarterback position, with a breakdown on ten signal callers to watch this season. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma for more 2026 prospect breakdowns!

[player_tooltip player_id='473754' first='Cruz' last='Campbell'] - Tuttle

Tuttle quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='473754' first='Cruz' last='Campbell'] was one of the most improved players in the state of Oklahoma a year ago. After starting for Southmoore in his first two seasons, he moved over to Tuttle and was ready to lead his team to the state championship game. Campbell got bigger and turned into one of the more accurate quarterbacks in the state. Campbell has been outstanding over the last 18 months and is a legitimate D1 guy.

[player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] - Cascia Hall

Cascia Hall quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] has already rewritten the record book for the Commandos and he's only going to further that this season. Mullen took a huge step forward during the 2024 football season and it looks like he's only continued that this offseason. In the times that we've seen Mullen, he throws with accuracy and confidence and his ceiling is only getting higher as we get closer to the 2025 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='434614' first='CJ' last='Turnbull'] - Putnam City

[player_tooltip player_id='434614' first='CJ' last='Turnbull'] is going to be a four-year starter at the quarterback position but this will be his first season with Putnam City. Turnbull started for three seasons at Millwood, helping lead the Falcons to three straight state championship game appearances. He would move over to Putnam City this offseason and he has the potential to have a monster season. Turnbull is another quarterback that showed a ton of improvement last fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='284114' first='Carson' last='Kirby'] - Bixby

Bixby's [player_tooltip player_id='284114' first='Carson' last='Kirby'] is going into his third season as QB1 of the Spartans this fall and he shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. In fact, his production could even go up this fall. In 2023, he emerged as a pass-first quarterback while the Spartans used a couple run-first guys along with him. Last year, he showed that he could run as well, in addition to the impressive passing numbers. His senior season should be lights out.

[player_tooltip player_id='1101281' first='Carter' last='Ricke'] - Lincoln Christian

Lincoln Christian's [player_tooltip player_id='1101281' first='Carter' last='Ricke'] stepped into a big role last season as QB1 of the Bulldogs and they didn't miss a beat with him in charge. For the second straight year, they would go 14-0 and capture the state championship. Ricke is a terrific athlete as well as he started in 2023 as a safety before moving to offense full time last season. And when we got a chance to see him in the spring, he certainly looked like he improved.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] - Metro Christian

Metro Christian quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] got his first season of starting under his belt last season and he helped lead the Patriots to a very successful 2024 season. Eng appears to be bigger, faster and has a better understanding of the Metro Chrsitian offense. And let's face it, whoever is playing quarterback for Metro Christian, you should pencil them in as a player to watch in terms of production.

[player_tooltip player_id='670654' first='Aivan' last='Locklin'] - Lawton MacArthur

Lawton MacArthur's [player_tooltip player_id='670654' first='Aivan' last='Locklin'] is another really consistent quarterback that should get more credit from across the state. Locklin is going to be one of the more experienced quarterbacks in Class 5A this season. And when you look at what the Highlanders have coming back, he should be one of the more productive quarterbacks as well. And Locklin is in the middle of a very successful camp circuit right now.

Jeramiah Ssettimba - Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow's Jeramiah Ssettimba had a really strong junior season but he was going to have to spend this offseason battling to keep that starting job as the Tigers got an influx of talent at the QB position. Ssettimba appears to be the guy and we're looking forward to seeing what he can do this season because the Tigers are not lacking talent. Ssettimba has shown steady progress over the last few years.

[player_tooltip player_id='437049' first='Sawyer' last='Rice'] - Duncan

Duncan quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='437049' first='Sawyer' last='Rice'] is another one of those 2026 prospects that is still very underrated. He's started to get some notice from the service academies and some D2 programs and he's also put in some impressive times on the track. Rice is another quarterback that will be going into this season with a lot of experience. Rice should end up being one of the names to know this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1339151' first='Grayson' last='May'] - Norman

[player_tooltip player_id='1339151' first='Grayson' last='May'] is another quarterback on this breakdown that will be in a new spot this season. After starting last season for Piedmont, he's moved over to Norman and is battling for that starting position. We got a chance to watch May earlier this year at our camp in January and he was the best quarterback in attendance. We're looking forward to looking at what he's able to do at the 6A-1 level this fall.

COMPLETE QUARTERBACK RANKINGS
