10 Players Poised For Big Semi Finals Performances

[player_tooltip player_id='899554' first='Jaden' last='Pydyn'] is absolutely rolling this season, and the train continues to roll on against Cass Tech this week. Pydyn is a 2-way stud who has the fluid movement and athletic ability to impact the game in all sorts of ways. Offensively, Pydyn can catch passes, run up the middle, take sweeps side to side, or even run a little Wildcat. Defensively, look for Jaden to be a ball hawk, always in on every tackle. He has the ball skills and vertical to contest everything, and possesses the technique to play the ball through the hands for PBU's. In the run game, he has the physicality to fly in with bad intentions and lay some solid shots. He's going to be ready to go this week and I am looking forward to seeing how he performs once again on a big stage!     Carson has been an instrumental piece of the Hudsonville program this season, and has led their improbable run this far into the season. He'll have to have another great performance this weekend against a stout Rochester Adams defense. Carson has a great release and ability to run clean routes, cut quickly and flash great hands. There are a lot of traits to love that makes me think he could come up huge this week in a big time spot and bolster this team to Ford Field!     I'll get an up close and personal look at the RB from East Lansing this week, as East Lansing vs. Byron Center is my game of the week. The current Michigan State commit has been offered and visited Alabama recently, who is making a huge push for him, and it's easy to see why these teams are battling for his talents. Jace is a natural runner with good vision and great explosiveness through the hole. He has no issue making a guy miss and getting up field in a hurry. He'll have a tough defense locking in on him from Byron Center, but I think he is more than ready to show everyone what a Power 4 running back does when the lights are bright.     It seems like every week, Kadale is breaking another record, notching another 3+ TD day and racking up yardage in bunches. I don't expect anything different this week from the star RB from Jackson Lumen Christi. Even against a Marine City team that has been playing good football lately, Kadale should be poised for another great game. If he continues to utilize his great vision, balance and bag of sweet moves, there's no reason Lumen Christi won't cruise to another Ford Field appearance.     Nate is a budding star at the QB position with a chance to notch a 2nd straight state title. Rocheleau has the arm talent and pure pocket presence to match any defense. I love his ability to get the ball out quickly and consistently to his playmakers. He makes a variety of throws of all different levels of difficulty with the same accuracy. He will have to play at his peak against this Goodrich team to make it to Ford Field next weekend, but I think Nate is bound to ball out as he has continued to do recently.     Noah just keeps it rolling! This kid absolutely runs like the wind, and any game could be an explosive play for big yards and even a TD. He will face an extremely talented Orchard Lake St. Mary's defense that has plenty of dudes, but we'll see if they can stop Noah from running all over him like he has done to much of the competition up to this point. Whether it be inside, outside, direct snaps or handoffs, Noah is a threat to have another huge performance this Saturday.     Cason continues to impress week after week. He'll face a familiar opponent in Detroit King, who the Bulldogs have squared off against each of the last 3 seasons, making this 4th meeting with them extremely interesting. Cason will have to bring his best, stay calm in the pocket, get the ball to his playmakers quickly and with accuracy to pull off the win, but I have no doubt Cason can deliver on that. He has the arm and play making ability to take a game over when he has to. I am really looking forward to seeing how this game goes!     This is exactly what Alex came back to Cass Tech for. I know Alex wants to get back and get a state title out of this season so badly. He'll have the opportunity to get to Ford Field this week against a Detroit Catholic Central team that just took out Belleville. Alex is a force on the outside, typically blowing up screens, outside runs and can defend the pass deep. He's incredibly athletic and will be put to the test against a team that will likely not shy away from him or the rest of the high caliber talent on Cass Tech.     This kid has played about as "out of his mind" as one can. This dude is racking up insane stats week after week and showing everyone why Grand Valley wanted him so bad. Abram runs smooth routes, has great hands to catch in traffic or make difficult catches on imperfect throws, and his run after the catch ability is about as good as I have seen from anyone. He has done an incredible job of improving everything about his game all offseason long for this moment, and I think he will likely have another huge game this week against Zeeland West and elevate his DeWitt team back to Ford Field.     I came away very impressed with Sam after their regional final win over Armada last week. Sam has good size, good poise in the pocket, the ability to escape if need be, or he can toss a bomb deep with some accuracy. He is a true leader for Notre Dame Prep, and I expect another good performance this week. College scouts should be trying to get out and watch this kid any chance they get!
