Jaden could have been put in a multitude of spots for “Best I Scouted” but I settled on DB for one specific reason. I haven’t seen someone with the nose for the ball like Jaden all season long. Seriously, he was in on almost every tackle in the run game, and when the ball went in the air, it always seemed like Jaden was the one picking it off or breaking it up. This kid is a flat out baller on both sides of the ball, and Army has to be thrilled getting him.

Jaden Pydyn Jaden Pydyn 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Catholic Central | 2025 State MI is absolutely rolling this season, and the train continues to roll on against Cass Tech this week. Pydyn is a 2-way stud who has the fluid movement and athletic ability to impact the game in all sorts of ways. Offensively, Pydyn can catch passes, run up the middle, take sweeps side to side, or even run a little Wildcat. Defensively, look for Jaden to be a ball hawk, always in on every tackle. He has the ball skills and vertical to contest everything, and possesses the technique to play the ball through the hands for PBU’s. In the run game, he has the physicality to fly in with bad intentions and lay some solid shots. He’s going to be ready to go this week and I am looking forward to seeing how he performs once again on a big stage!

Everyone probably knows how I feel about him by now, but Jaden is a special talent. A true 2 way player who was all over the place all game long. Defensively he was covering speedy receivers on deep routes, coming up and making plays in the run game and even took back a pick 6. Offensively he was taking handoffs and sweeps and even playing some QB. Jaden had probably the best day of anyone at the Prep Bowl in week 9 and Army is going to be getting a BEAST!

Jaden has been getting the job done both offensively and defensively for Detroit Catholic Central. On the defensive side, it seems like he is in on a majority of the tackles, and has demonstrated a great nose for the football and is able to create turnovers. Offensively, Jaden is incredibly versatile. He can line up as a traditional RB, hitting the hole hard and making a quick and decisive cut and breaking loose for big yardage. He has lined up at QB and run some QB power, typically bursting through arm tackles and breaking free for an explosive play. He even throws the ball on occasion, typically with decent accuracy. This is a do it all kid that is an absolute gamer!
