Danilo is an absolutely dominant defensive tackle. With powerful legs, a built upper body and the motor to go with it, he has put himself squarely in the middle of P4 teams radars, and the offers are flowing! This unbeaten DCC team is unbeaten thanks in large part to their front 7 being able to eliminate the run game. Danilo is going to be vital to the DCC defense once again this week against a tough Cass Tech team with plenty of talent. I am looking forward to seeing how he does in this big moment!

- One of the most powerful defensive linemen I have gotten to watch
- Explodes from his stance, initiates contact and is able to maintain his position in the gap despite doubles or traps
- Able to step to the side and make the tackle at the line of scrimmage if the offense dares to run the ball between the tackles

Danilo may have the highest upside of any Metro Detroit D-Lineman. A pure defensive tackle, Danilo wreaks havoc from the interior. Watch Danilo’s highlight tape and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Play after play, Danilo explodes out of his stance and overpowers the opposing offensive lineman. That said, he has one of the best bull rushes in the state, and he’s someone that most O-Lines absolutely need to double-team. There are also moments where Danilo has great hands and flashes athleticism. He still needs to work on his hand-feet connection (using hands while still exploding forward) but that’s something he’ll undoubtedly develop at Western. Now, Danilo and DCC will be going up against several amazing opponents this season, and I fully expect Danilo to both improve and perform incredibly well.

Our Stock Up Showcase DL MVP was Danilo and it wasn’t particularly close. He tested extremely well, showing some explosiveness on the long jump and 40, while also impressing in 1 On 1 reps against some really good offensive linemen that will see college rosters. He is strong enough to knock a lot of offensive linemen back, but when that doesn’t work, he has a nice variety of pass rush moves at his disposal. He never seemed to get off balance or ahead of himself, he stayed strong, brought a punishing punch and quick step with every rep. At 6’5 and over 280, I would not be shocked to see him be an absolutely dominant player in his final high school season and maybe even attract some P5 offers.

Guberinich looked the part the second he walked into the PRZ MI Stock Up Showcase. The 6’5, 281 lbs junior defensive lineman out of Detroit Central Catholic proceeded to prove that it’s not just his size that makes him an elite prospect. Primarily lining up at defensive end, Guberinich used his quick burst, polished pass rush moves, and overall strength to consistently win his 1 on 1 reps, which ultimately won him Defensive Line MVP Honors. He played with a relentless motor and never looked tired when taking rep after rep. Plain and simple, Guberinich is a game wreaker who will make any program better from the day he steps on campus.
