I got the chance to see Mekhi this spring, and came away incredibly impressed. Despite being “undersized” compared to his teammates, this dude was lightning in a bottle. Offensively, he’s a twitchy athlete that runs clean routes and uses his elite change of direction to win separation. Defensively, he uses that same fluid mobility and impressive bounce to contest everything thrown his way. On either side of the ball, his incredible ball skill shines through, and Green is able to come down with some exceptional catches.

This dude is going to be an absolute lightning rod soon. Green is speedy, twitchy and changes direction on a dime. Both offensively and defensively, he was one of the bounciest and twitchiest athletes on the field. Offensively, he ran clean routes, and was able to hit his top end speed quickly, allowing him to create separation and give his QB a solid target. Defensively, he was roaming the defensive secondary, knocking down any lazy throw over the middle. He reads the QBs shoulders well and breaks on the ball with exceptional burst. I took note of his clear football IQ, as he was able to break down what went wrong in the secondary and apply it on the next rep. Extremely impressive day for Mekhi!
