This week, we have some outstanding games across the state and to read more about them, you can check out our post from earlier in the week right here. For now, we break down five names that will be playing in some of the biggest games this week and even have a few bonus names to know as well. Check back this weekend when we feature the top performers from week seven!

MORE NAMES TO KNOW THIS WEEK

[player_tooltip player_id='284114' first='Carson' last='Kirby'] - 2026 Quarterback - Bixby

One of the breakout stars in Class 6A-1 has to be Bixby sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='284114' first='Carson' last='Kirby'] at the quarterback position. The Spartans made a statement in the first game against Owasso by playing three different quarterbacks on the first possession. But Kirby has been the top passer in the group. So far this season, Kirby has thrown for nearly 1,000 yards, 15 touchdowns and only 1 interception. Plus he's completing nearly 75 percent of his passes. They travel to Broken Arrow on Friday.

[player_tooltip player_id='211560' first='CJ' last='Simon'] - 2025 Wide Receiver - Moore

Moore is 4-2 on the season and the Lions are looking to become the third team from the OKC area to beat Jenks on their home turf. The Lions have had one of the better offenses in Class 6A-1 this season. Junior standout [player_tooltip player_id='211560' first='CJ' last='Simon'] has been a big reason why. He leads the team in receiving and he's also a big play threat in the return game. In Moore's last two games, Simon has had at least 100 yards receiving and he'll look to continue that trend this week.

[player_tooltip player_id='628151' first='Fisher' last='Marr'] - 2024 Linebacker - Ada

The Ada Cougars are one of three teams in Class 4A that are still unbeaten. They travel to Stilwell on Thursday night but there is a showdown with #2 Poteau in two weeks in a match-up of unbeaten teams. The Cougars have been led by a defense that has three shutouts in six games and senior linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='628151' first='Fisher' last='Marr'] has firmly established himself as one of the top linebackers in Class 4A. Marr and the Cougars are looking to contend in Class 4A with the playoffs nearing.

[player_tooltip player_id='1041938' first='Jordan' last='Warrior'] - 2024 Athlete - Putnam City West

Putnam City West is looking to snap a three-game skid. They've lost three in a row after a 3-0 start. The Patriots host Sand Springs on Thursday night and senior standout [player_tooltip player_id='1041938' first='Jordan' last='Warrior'] will be a player to watch for PC West. Warrior has been a two-way playmaker for PC West this season. During their 3-0 start, Warrior was their leading receiver on the offensive side of the ball. He'll look to have another major impact as PC West fights for their playoff lives.

[player_tooltip player_id='129399' first='Kayden' last='McGee'] - 2024 Wide Receiver - Muskogee

Muskogee will hit the road on Friday night to face Tahlequah and they'll look to continue their dominant ways on the offensive side of the ball. With the exception of the loss to Carl Albert, Muskogee has been averaging over 50 points per game. Senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='129399' first='Kayden' last='McGee'] has once again lived up to his nickname of "Big Play" McGee as the team's leading receiver and one of the best in the state. He has seven touchdowns on the year and will look to dominate again this week.
