Here we are with his first mention on the site as a Freshman at St. Joseph's Prep. The young man has a long road ahead of him, through many different angles that statement holds true. With [player_tooltip player_id='164520' first='Samaj' last='Jones'] working to lead the Hawks to another State Championship Title, with [player_tooltip player_id='141986' first='Tre' last='Henning'] working his behind off through the system, with other QBs developing next to Foulke, nothing coming ahead is going to be given. That being said, Foulke leads the class in terms of recruiting attention. Uncommitable offers from Georgia, Maryland, Pitt, to name a few, Foulke is a well-known name that has climbed the ranks as a seventh, eighth, now ninth grader. If Foulke's tape wasn't promising, we wouldn't place him at the top of this list. This is a preliminary list that could get flipped upside down in a matter of months. For now, Foulke leads the pack thanks to production, work ethic, solid size, and recruiting attention.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64dfaf636afbb"} /-->

https://twitter.com/Jakewils10/status/1603535740192919557?s=20

https://twitter.com/JaiGat23/status/1645985828294868994?s=20

https://twitter.com/KingOobi/status/1693107638546923828?s=20

https://twitter.com/Mikal_ShankJr/status/1604261487689752576?s=20
