Would have loved to see his completion percentage bump up, production too. Wray is a high floor, low ceiling type of Quarterback prospect, some might say “what you see is what you get”. Liked the Middletown tape provided by Caleb Wray Caleb Wray 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Trinity | 2024 State PA . Took some good hits in this one, he’s a tough kid, however. Took hits when tucking and running, took hits when attempting to get rid of balls in called screen sets. Looked accurate in the red zone, a couple scores came from inside the 20. A couple of scores came on long runs after screens were thrown and caught. Wray had a QB sneak go for a score in this one too.

Wray is a quarterback we’ve talked about quite a bit this offseason. The Trinity quarterback has the prototypical size and has shown a good arm in the past. Now, we’ll see what he can do in his senior season. He put together a solid junior season and while he may not get a ton of opoprtunities to throw the ball, we would like to see him complete a higher percentage of his passes this fall when he does get to air it out. If he can improve that accuracy, he may not put up huge numbers but he should put up some pretty considerably strong numbers.
