Has a 26-minute tape showcasing his entire skillset. Ranked as a QB yet could very well be going to school because of his prowess at the MLB position. Two-way prospect who looks comfortable on both sides of the ball. Bit of a linebacker mentality when tucking and running at QB, he’s a big kid, one who would much rather run through you than around you. Love this kid’s timing and rhythm when attempting to target underneath 15 yards. Hitches, slants, outs, curls, Sarver anticipates and sees his open man on time and in the way the offense intends. GCC might give him a look at QB, he’ll have good LB tape to fall back on if that’s not the path they want Sarver to take.

Know specific D3s that would have loved to bring this young man in, yet he’s equally impressive a baseball prospect, if not better. Great for the Jersey Shore kid to have options this late into his HS career. Works out of a spread system, like his feet post-hitch, on his toes and ready to fire, on the cusp of happy feet in the pocket though. Feels pressure in the pocket well. Not an elite athlete but one who excels at making the first leaker miss. Good impromptu skills, several scampers leading to off-platform throws for first downs. Trust him to deliver a catchable ball down the sideline, good depth perception when targeting his man downfield. Asked to sprint-out out of gun often. Would have likely seen D3 love.
The 6A State Champions were ahead in enough games to sit Samaj Jones Samaj Jones 6’0″ | 215 lbs | QB St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA and let senior Jack O’Connor Jack O’Connor 6’1″ | 175 lbs | QB St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA put some tape on Hudl. O’Connor has accumulated invaluable knowledge and developmental skills sitting behind Samaj Jones Samaj Jones 6’0″ | 215 lbs | QB St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA and learning from the coaching staff for as long as he has. A leader, someone the coaches can count on. From a recruiting perspective, bringing in a young man who has been around a winning program for as long as O’Connor has should provide instant value to local D3s. Smooth operator in the pocket who can comprehend all that SJP throws at their man behind center. Accurate and on time, calm while bringing a cerebral approach to the position. Flashes big-play potential at times on tape, yet most of his tape comes from the end of games, so he’s mainly asked to bring the team home, deliver some screens/slants for game-ending first-downs. This is a gem.

Is a lock for in-house visits by local D3s who stop into Shaler Area. 60+ TDs in what was an impressive career for Keegan Smetanka Keegan Smetanka 6’0″ | 175 lbs | QB Shaler Area | 2024 State PA . Grove City has offered him a roster spot, likely to receive a few more offers from coaches in need of a QB in the area. Completed 65% of his passes as a senior, scored on 23 different occasions. Baskteball participant with a great GPA, think he could be a fill-in prospect for some D2s potentially. Great scanner of the middle of the field. Hits seams and nines downfield well, most of the beginning of his senior tape shows off his arm talent to hit kids in stride downfield. Deep ball accuracy is a huge plus for a kid barely standing at six feet tall, Smetanka can deliver dots on the run too. Shaler has him moving out of pocket and hitting flood concepts and comeback routes often. 6,000+ passing yards throughout his career.

No tape on Hudl which hurt his rank. Interest from D3s, tape from his junior year, as well as overall team success, finds Cibrone ranked above some great names. Wrestler, former All-Conference QB, I know some D2s that would like to bring him in for a chance away from the QB position. Would serve well at local D3s, at Quarterback that is. Faces an uphill battle in terms of size, yet he hasn’t had trouble reeling in opportunities despite what many might see as size deficiency. St. Vincent College, Wooster, and Westminster have all extended roster spots to Cibrone.
His success as the man behind center at Aliquippa should give him looks at the D2 level despite his size issues. Currently holds one offer from Waynesburg. His play and tape is certainly worthy of more looks, is witnessed hitting almost every route on tape throughout the years, kid flashes incredible arm talent. Going to be tough for a D2 to take a chance on this kid, at least at QB. Goode moving to DB would likely be a take at the PSAC level, he’d serve as a damn good D3 quarterback out west if anything. What’s a plus, everyone out West knows his name, there won’t be a shortage interest headed his direction.
The move from Palumbo to Lincoln bore fruit.

Narrowly missed placing inside the top 30 at his position, the top 15 is reserved for QBs who received Division One grades out of me. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an FCS school PWO this young man, a leader with good grades, a kid who has produced in the Public League, which is tough to do, especially at two different programs. Worked this Lincoln offense to a tee. 2,600+ passing yards, 30+ TDs, 68% completion percentage, call me biased, but this isn’t easy to do in the Philly Public League. Smalley had weapons at his disposal, as well as a staff that constructed this offense with the intention of getting their playmakers in the open field. Smalley distributed accordingly, all while flashing promise with his legs as well as his arm to launch balls 40+ yards. Smalley is likely a lock for local D3s, I’m sure D2s will do their due diligence with the senior quarterback. Hoping he sees some love sooner rather than later.

Hunsicker would be higher on this list if a senior tape was out on Hudl. I still haven’t found a junior tape either. Luckily, I’ve seen this young man work in person, me coming away impressed each time. I’ve watched Hunsicker work against awesome secondaries, those being 2022s Harrisburg defense, as well as 2023s Cheltenham defense. There’s a poise and confidence this young man plays with that negates pressure. Pressure in terms of the moment. He doesn’t care who he’s up against, doesn’t matter that situation. There are intangibles Hunsicker possesses that have me liking him more than the kid’s listed above. Unassuming in terms of size, athleticism. Yet plug on a few single-game cuts up, watch him in person and be blown away at how this kid operates. Accuracy is his calling card, duality in his game might surprise some. Not sure what his recruitment has looked like in recent months. Likely a steal for a local program, he’s a prospect I’m willing to bet on.
Draws interest because of his size alone.

Holds one D3 offer. 24 total TDs accounted for, averaged about 120 passing yards per game. Operates in a spread offense, an offense headlined by Messiah Mickens Messiah Mickens 5’10” | 185 lbs | RB Harrisburg | 2026 State PA , a kid defenses must gameplan for. Thankfully, Wray is more than serviceable at the QB position, forcing a defense to now account for attacks through the air as well as on the ground. Can air balls out for weapons downfield and hit kids in stride. Really like his timing on comeback routes. Witnessed hitting comebacks and OTN hitches from mid-field. Would have loved to see his completion percentage bump up, production too. Wray is a high floor, low ceiling type of Quarterback prospect, some might say “what you see is what you get”. What you see is hardly a bad thing, watch for local D3s to key in on him in coming weeks.

Spang moved up 20+ spots on our rankings, yet I still feel like he might be a bit too low. Where he ranks is hardly an issue ath this point in time, all trivial. What’s important, a bit surprising too, is that Spang doesn’t have a single offer to his name. This is all based on my knowledge, which could be off. Production has always been a plus, his size and grades are a plus. Duality to his game, can run RPOs and read-options matched with Trey Tremba Trey Tremba 5’11” | 190 lbs | RB Parkland | 2024 State PA in the backfield. Can stretch the field, can hit hole shots from the pocket (corners/outs). Good tempo in his throws, can layer and loft floaters, can fire off some tight-window throws with some torque too. I’d feel comfortable calling Spang a top-25 QB even after the rankings update.

40 touchdowns to his name over the course of 4 years at Daniel Boone. First prospect on this list with a D2 scholarship to his name. Culver-Stockton and Wright State have reached out to Rotter over the past year. Kid has brains to play the position, love watching his eyes/helmet dart back and forth between reads, you can see him scan the field and attempt to marry his feet with his eyes. Throws with intent to keep his targets healthy, understands which shoulder to target, attempts to help out his wideouts by putting balls where only his guy can reach. There’s a lot to like on tape, you can see some RPO action, some play-action, some short-game quick-read sets, some vertical shots.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting extensive looks at Fleetwood senior quarterback Jack Riffle Jack Riffle 6’2″ | 175 lbs | QB Fleetwood | 2024 State PA . Take away his coaches and trainers, I might have the best read on the kid’s game. Is a lock for D3s in the state in my opinion, has a PSAC ceiling, with many of those PSAC schools gauging whether or not he’s a right fit. I would hardly be surprised to see a D2 pull the trigger on Riffle as the weeks progress. Talks about where he plays college ball aside, someone is going to get a steal. Spang and Riffle are kids that I think could turn D3 programs around. Prospects of that level generally move up the ladder in time. We’ll see. Anyone unfamiliar with his game, I advise plugging in his senior tape, or even the last game of his career, that should unveil the type of prospect Riffle is.

2,100+ yards on the year, 20+ touchdowns for Quakertown. Recently received an FCS PWO from Lehigh, on top of his Ithaca offer from a couple months back. Surprised more D3s out in Eastern PA / NJ haven’t reached out to Micucci yet. Worth noting he can punt at the HS level, even some DB too. Great build, one that’s tough to bring down in the open field. Toughness shows again, seen getting hit in the pocket while still delivering a catchable ball downfield. Might be one of the best athletes on this list. Can play safety and/or punt.

Had reached as high as a top 15 placement on our lists, a big-time producer at Academy of the New Church. Now committed to play lacrosse at the Mount, was a special lacrosse prospect in HS too, was hoping a team would see the kind of athlete Aquino is and offer him a scholarship to play football. Didn’t turn out that way but excited to continue following this young man on a different kind of field.

No offers to his name yet which is a bit surprising. I get if a program is weary to take a chance on him at QB, that’s reasonable, but his ability to double as an H-back should be considered. In the conversation of being the best Quarterback to walk through North Schuylkill’s program. 61% completion percentage while breaking the record for most completions and passing attempts in program history. Minalda carries an awkward delivery, one that gets the job done, however. Minalda narrowly missed the Top 25 cut.
