Hits seams and nines downfield well, most of the beginning of his senior tape shows off his arm talent to hit kids in stride downfield. Deep ball accuracy is a huge plus for a kid barely standing at six feet tall, Smetanka can deliver dots on the run too. Shaler has him moving out of pocket and hitting flood concepts and comeback routes often. 6,000+ passing yards throughout his career.

What I like most was his accuracy and timing in the short to intermediate game. Smetanka doesn’t have to beat you with a flashy skillset, he can do so with rhythm and accuracy. I hope he keeps this level of play up.
