Continue ReadingCharlie Foulke film is tough to break down, because he did not get a lot of playing time this year. Still when you see his film you see the flashes of talent. Foulke has good mechanics throwing the ball. He does a nice job of taking his drop and then putting his feet in the proper position to throw the ball. He shows good arm strength, but also throws with good touch on the ball. Foulke has all the tools, to be a successful quaterback.
Bryce Carter Bryce Carter 6’3″ | 215 lbs | QB – | 2027 PA does not have any huge highlights yet, but there is a buzz about Carter as a player. He is a good athlete that can move well. He also has legit size for the quarterback positions standing 6’3 inches tall and he could continue to grow. Carter is someone I am excited to see his progress going forward.

Sebastian Williams Sebastian Williams 6’1″ | 180 lbs | QB Bishop McDevitt | 2027 State PA is stuck behind 2025 Kentucky commit Stone Sanders, but he did get a chance to play Junior Varsity and some time on Varsity. Williams shows solid mechanics in the pocket. He does a nice job of setting his feet and throwing the ball. Williams also does a great job of extending the play and either looking to pass the ball downfield or run for extra yards. Williams flashes some good skills at quarterback.

Joe McLeish Joe McLeish 6’1″ | 160 lbs | QB Imhotep Charter | 2027 State PA is a talented quarterback who flashed some good skill in limited playing time. He is a good athlete who can move around the pocket and make plays with his feet. He does a good job keeping his head up and looking for the play downfield when it breaks down. McLeish also shows a good arm and does a nice job of setting his feet and throwing the ball. McLeish is a talented dual-threat quarterback.
Kenjai Gatling Kenjai Gatling 6’0″ | 175 lbs | QB Bonner-Prendie | 2027 State PA had an impressive Freshman year. He can make all the throws in the pocket. He throws a tremendous deep ball where he puts a ton of air on the ball. He has good mechanics throwing the ball as well. Gatling is also a good athlete who shows good ability to run the ball. He can be used in the designed run game, or when the play breaks down to scramble around and make a play. Gatling is a talented player and skys the limit for him.
Aaron Strader had a good year playing for Pne-Richland this season. He showed good poise in the pocket and constantly did a good job staying in the pocket and throwing the ball. He does a good job of going through his reads to find the open receiver. Strader is really good on designed sprint passing plays where he can sprint out set his feet and throw the ball. He also shows a good ability to make plays when the play breaks down. Strader had a good and productive Freshman Year and I am excited to see how it continues next year.
Mikal Shank has limited film since he was stuck behind a talented quaterback in Caleb Wray Caleb Wray 6’3″ | 180 lbs | QB Trinity | 2024 State PA . Shank shows good mechanics when throwing the ball. He sets his feet well and throws a good ball. He shows good athleticism and can move as well. Shank should have a chance to start next season.

Braddock Ambrose Braddock Ambrose 6’0″ | 155 lbs | QB Central Valley | 2027 PA has limited film but shows some good quarterback skills. He has a good arm and does a good job setting his feet to throw the ball. He does a nice job of finding open receivers downfield. Ambrose also can move around well from his quarterback position. When the play breaks down he keeps his head downfield to look for open receivers. Ambrose should have a chance to build off last season.
