presents matchup problems with his impressive 6’6” athletic frame and multi-positional skill set. Sweppenhiser shows strong receiving ability for the tight end position with soft hands and an expanding route tree. His length allows him to create separation and win contested catches against defensive backs and linebackers. As an athlete, he displays fluid movement skills and body control that translate well into open-field opportunities. Sweppenhiser continues to develop as a blocker, showing willingness and physicality at the point of attack. His versatility allows him to line up in multiple formations, giving offensive coordinators creative flexibility. As he adds strength and refines blocking technique, his complete tight end skillset will continue to grow. His athletic upside and size combination position him as an intriguing recruiting prospect moving forward.

is a good athlete who is playing as an edge defender for Trinity and as a tight end. He is a good athlete who has great size (6’4″) and athleticism. As an edge defender, he is explosive off the ball, and he uses his hands well. He does a good job of making plays against offenses by chasing all over the field. Then, as a tight end, he is a highly skilled offensive player. He is a talented blocker who blocks well on the edge and in space as a slot receiver. He also shows a good ability to catch the ball in space. Trinity is the 3rd seed in the District 3 3A playoffs. They face Annville-Cleona, the 2nd seed this week. They need a big game for Sweeppenhiser to pull off the victory.

is a good athlete who played as a tight end and edge defender last year, and I came away impressed with him as an athlete. Then I saw him in person, and I saw him throw the ball well. He has great size (6’4″) and looks the part of an athlete and quarterback. Fundamentally, he still needs to develop in his mechanics and footwork. The arm and the talent are there; he just needs to work in both areas. I also thought the longer the showcase lasted, the better he got as a player. He took coaching well and showed improvement. He has the arm and pedigree to be a good quarterback; he just needs to continue to develop, and the ability is there.

Coaches raved about his positional versatility, as well as what he could bring to a collegiate program in a couple years time.

is a good athlete who played as Trinity’s tight end and edge defender last year. The question for him is how well he throws the ball as a quarterback. He is coming to the Showcase as a quarterback, so I am excited to see him throw the ball. Not many players are as athletic as he is, so he could perform well during the testing phase of the Showcase.

does not have any film from last year, but projects to get on the field this year for Trinity. He could end up playing as a tight end, defensive end, linebacker, or as a quarterback this upcoming season. He has great size standing 6’3 inches tall. He looks like an athlete who will play somewhere for Trinity this year.
