Continue ReadingI’ve seen enough of Braden Reed Braden Reed 5’10” | 160 lbs | WR Pope John Paul II | 2025 State PA this offseason, to the point where I’m excited to rerank him accordingly. The top 150 in the current 2025 rankings reflect D1 potential, Braden Reed Braden Reed 5’10” | 160 lbs | WR Pope John Paul II | 2025 State PA found himself out of that mix by a hair. This coming update will expand the 2025 rankings, nearly doubling the current totals. The top 250 will now reflect D1 potential, Braden Reed Braden Reed 5’10” | 160 lbs | WR Pope John Paul II | 2025 State PA will certainly make that cut this time. 7v7 performances aren’t strictly what changed my mind, seeing him work in person did, however. The way he cuts, his build, his hands, sometimes you need to see it in person. I have, and I’ve become a believer in all things Reed. Excited to get him going again.
Everything I said about Reed can be said about Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA , twofold. This is a dominant wideout who opened my eyes this offseason. I was way off on his rank coming off of his sophomore season, I’m excited to change that. Early thoughts have me leaning towards Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA cracking the top 50 on our ranks, very high praise considering some of the talent he’ll be surrounded by. The former PRZPA camp top performer is a lock to secure Top 100 honors, Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA is a name I’m spreading to many of the D1s I’m close with. I have a feeling a kid like Young won’t be needing too much help moving forward.
Kenny Lewis IV Kenny Lewis IV 5’9″ | 175 lbs | ATH Gateway | 2025 State PA is a kid that took quite the tumble down our ranks, largely in part due to things out of his control. Usually, when that happens, the prospect gets back on track in time, that’s exactly what I’m expecting for the Gateway two-way player. Kenny Lewis IV Kenny Lewis IV 5’9″ | 175 lbs | ATH Gateway | 2025 State PA spent time inside the top five at his position in years past. The young man should have been placed on Watchlist instead of being dropped out of the Top 150, in hindsight. A climb back into the top 100 is a certainty, especially after seeing him earlier in the year. I hope I can get one last look at him before July comes around, as I’ll be in the area close to Gateway HS at the end of the month.
I wanted to stamp this kid as a Power Five lock last January, yet I second-guessed myself and placed him at a modest top 125. Since doing so, prestigious schools have gone to validate how wrong I was on the awesome two-way prospect out of Laurel Highlands. The prestigious programs being Penn State, Pitt, and Toledo. Those schools have already extended offers to the sophomore, giving me the go-ahead to place him inside the top 25 at the very least. I wish I stuck with my gut when evaluating this kid, yet I missed. His ranking on the site will reflect accordingly in July. Expect Marshall, Miami (OH), and other programs to extend offers before the season begins.
Top ten wideout remarks for Westinghouse’s Lloyd Penn Lloyd Penn 5’11” | 185 lbs | ATH Westinghouse | 2025 State PA is hardly a knock on the young man. Listing him outside of the top 100, even out of the top 75 certainly is, however. I’m strict on certain things, I didn’t see a complete highlight tape out of Penn from last Fall, so I was unsure as to whether or not he played, was injured, or didn’t get reps toward the end of the season. This is why having connections out West could go a long way. Thankfully, I’ve made those connections that will help me better represent kids that are a flights reach from me. This was the case with Penn, yet I still listed him as a top-ten wideout. He’ll more than likely be moved to ATH, but I can’t imagine he’ll place outside of the top 30-50. The young man is going places, it’s time we reflect on that fact.
Preston PJ Holmes is already inside the top 60, already placed as the 6th best wideout in his class, can he realistically jump that far up the rankings? Yes. I’ve said it before, his high rank was still a modest one. Holmes has a legitimate shot to take the top wideout spot among his 2025 classmates, I’ve said this in pieces before, as well as directly to Holmes himself. A bit more targets, a slightly heftier tape, and the potential FBS suitors will come, I stood on this notion. Well, after some months, FBS coaches got the jump and extended offers to the young man before more validation could come. This uptick in FBS attention has me itching to stamp him inside the top five, maybe the top three at his position. He could climb higher. Here’s to hoping Holmes maximizes his potential this coming Fall. Kent State recently became the first program to offer the Malvern Prep pass-catcher.

Much like PJ Holmes, how much higher can Shawn Lee Jr. Shawn Lee Jr. ATH Harrisburg | 2025 State PA realistically climb? The Harrisburg passer is already ranked inside the top five of his position. It’ll be a tough task to outrank the likes of Stone Saunders Stone Saunders 6’2″ | 200 lbs | QB Bishop McDevitt | 2025 State PA , yet Lee is in prime position to battle Heiser and Smith for that two spot. The influx of offers has me considering the young man could be deemed more valuable than Heiser or Smith, even though I think highly of those two. Heiser and Smith each have their own interest, so I don’t want to make a knee-jerk reaction to Lee’s Iowa State and Kent State offers. Still, his overall rank will surely be bumped this July nonetheless.
