This guy has been one of the more well known names from the #TN2024 class for almost two years now and it’s well warranted as O’Connell sports as the physical traits to be the top ranked O-lineman by #PRZTN but also one of the best at his position in the Southern Region. The Patriots stud lineman is well built with not much fat attached to his frame while also sporting good arm length and the athletic lower base to play left tackle on the college level. O’Connell is a nasty blocker that will pound on you all game long and enjoy driving his opponent into the dirt. Many Power Five schools have already offered with powerhouse programs like Clemson getting on board with a recent offer, so this is a national recruit and a clear cut choice to be ranked within the Top 10 prospects in the state.

Oliver has been one of the hottest recruits from the #TN2024 class over the past year and his recruitment has yet to slow down as the Mid-Tennessee O-lineman has turned into a national recruit with tons of Power Five options. Oliver is a beautiful looking specimen, sporting a great frame with arm length and the athleticism to play left tackle on the collegiate level. He is also big and physical enough to play multiple positions in the trenches along with high football intelligence to be your leader on the line as well. This dude screams potential as Oliver could develop into a college starter sooner than later and maybe take his talents beyond the collegiate gridiron.

Committing recently to North Carolina, Masterson earned his spot with the Tar Heels after a breakthrough junior season where he dominated his position, establishing himself as one of the top tackle prospects from the in-state 2024 class. The Panthers senior O-lineman is well put together, sporting a great frame for added weight and the lower base mobility to remain at offensive tackle during his time in Chapel Hill. Ranking 4th within the O-linemen, Masterson has tremendous upside as a possible blind side blocking left tackle but he is still far from a finished product, which makes this prospect so exciting to follow over the coming years.
Highlights
Bourdon jumped on the scene last year during his junior season in a big way, establishing himself as a lock down pass blocker for his Dragons offense and turning into a bonafide Power Five college prospect. Sporting great size at 6’6 290 pounds, Bourdon is a mobile guy that could play either tackle position on the next level or swing inside to play guard if needed. Bourdon is an athletic big man who plays LaCrosse, so the guy has natural abilities about himself that translate well to the tackle and the college game. You can easily see why many Power Five schools are in pursuit and why Bourdon’s could continue to rise as the months go on.

This Lynx offensive lineman has been a hot name on the recruiting front here in Tennessee for two years now and Work is still considered a top prospect, ranking 5th within the O-line and firmly in the mix to become a Power Five player next Fall. A big reason why this West Tennessee prospect is such a heavily recruited guy is because of his physical body and nature when he steps on the field. Work is a mauler that sports a strong grip and the ability to drive his man into the ground on a consistent basis. The Lynx senior lineman could develop himself into staying at left tackle but his upside may sit best at right tackle or even inside at guard where he can use his physicality to dominate opponents.
Highlights
Recently taking himself off the recruiting board by pledging to the Tennessee Vols, Perry is a high upside prospect who has the potential to stay at tackle in the college game and the talents to develop himself into an eventual SEC starter. Perry is a big dude at 6’7 280 pounds plus but has the nimble lower body and overall athletic abilities to develop into a nice pass blocking tackle at Tennessee with the possibility of staying on the left side. If all fails on the outside, Perry has the potential to move inside and excel at guard. He does need to keep at more weight and continue developing but you can see why Tennessee and many other Power Five programs were after this Mid-Tennessee product.

Coaches and other scouts need to start paying attention to this East Tennessee O-lineman as Heckmann has the physical size and nasty demeanor to develop into a formidable starter on the next level and his recruitment is just now starting to take off. Heckmann is a physical beast on the line who loves making contact with his opponent and punishing them every time he lays hands on them. The Rebels senior lineman also has deceptive lower base mobility, meaning he could remain at tackle in the college game with continued work. Heckmann has begun to pick up recruiting interest over the past few weeks and I expect that to continue into the summer months as more coaches lay eyes on this 6’6 physical beast.

Coming in ranked inside the Top 10 O-linemen in the state, Shepard is a brute mauler and great size to man multiple roles across the line and those are big reasons why this West Tennessee product holds multiple big time college offers. Making the recent move to Collierville, Shepard is still coming into his own and learning the game but he brings natural power to the field where on film he shows the ability to move his opponent with ease. Shepard could develop into a tackle on the college level but his upside may sit best inside at offensive guard where he can use his physicality and brute power to maul over his interior counterparts.

This is the top rated interior O-lineman at this point for the #TN2024 class and someone that I feel is sitting way under the radar at the moment as a sleeper Power Five prospect. Riggs is a well rounded O-lineman that could honestly play all five positions in the trenches if needed but his biggest upside resides inside at guard or center. The Patriots senior prospect is well balanced as he brings a nice mixture of athleticism and physicality to the line as well as a great mental awareness for the game of football. Riggs ranks 50th overall at the moment but could honestly move up with continued work this summer during the college camp season.

A massive young man with a wide upper body and the size to play multiple positions inside the trenches, Meadows is one of best O-line prospects coming out of the West Tennessee region this season and someone with the potential to play his way into the highest ranks of college football. You can’t teach size and the willingness to be physical and Meadows has those traits. He enjoys mauling opponents, maintaining his motor through the whistle. The Golden Tide senior O-lineman holds multiple D1 offers at the moment and ranks as the 10th best at his position currently but could be someone to watch rise up the ranks over the coming months based on his size and college potential.

– (OG) Graham Gilmer Graham Gilmer 6'4" | 295 lbs | OL Brentwood Acad. | 2024 State TN – Brentwood Acad. (Ranked 82nd): Playing on the other side of Pedersen at BA, Gilmer is another road grader in the middle who punishes opponents with his run blocking while providing some deceptive athleticism.
– (OT/G) Darrius Talley Darrius Talley 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Chatt. Christian | 2024 TN – Chatt. Christian (Ranked 86th): Talley makes our rankings based on his size and upside alone as this Chattanooga area prospect hasn’t been heard from much recently, so it’s unclear as to what is going on with him at the current moment.
– (OT/G) Cole Cash Cole Cash 6'5" | 260 lbs | DL Fayetteville | 2024 State TN – Fayetteville (Ranked 87th): This guy has tremendous upside as a pass blocking tackle that has the athleticism, mobility and tenacious mentality to develop at left tackle inside the collegiate ranks.

– (OT/G) Spence Tankersley Spence Tankersley 6'5" | 305 lbs | OL Forrest | 2024 State TN – Forrest (Ranked 112th): Ranking just outside the Top 100, Tankersley is a massive young man that sports natural power, strength along with deceptive athleticism. He may fit best inside at guard but could develop to play right tackle as well.
– (OG/C) Owen Borba Owen Borba 6'3" | 280 lbs | OL Wilson Central | 2024 State TN – Wilson Cent. (Ranked 113th): A tenacious mauler who plays with strong technique, Borba is one of the top center prospects from the O-line in our #TN2024 class.
