Amari Jefferson

It was a tough call to make here for offensive POTY but the impact Jefferson had on the field was near impossible to look past as this future Alabama wideout had the full attention of every team he faced off against and he would still produce at a high level. The Red Raiders stud pass catcher produced his best season yet, being that #1 target his quarterback needed as well as being that leader that never came off the field while also putting up big numbers. The Red Raiders would have been good last season but with Jefferson, they were near elite and now you will be able to see his talents shine on the biggest stage, starting this Fall in the SEC.

is 6-foot-2, 195 pounds wide receiver that played at Baylor School. He is exceptional on a vertical plane with the speed and tracking to dominate down the field. Jefferson displays great explosiveness and elusiveness after the catch with nice instincts with the ball in his hands. On screens, he showcases great acceleration and fluid hips to weave through traffic. On double moves, he works leverage and will lull DB’s to sleep with a slow pace to a quick acceleration to blow by the defender.

Every top college program across the country is in pursuit of this Chattanooga area wideout who could play both football and baseball on the next level. A stud on the baseball diamond, Jefferson has developed into not only one of the top receiver prospects in the Southern Region but maybe also the entire country as well. The Red Raiders senior pass catcher is a big bodied guy that runs very well, so he is a problem for opposing defense’s due to his size, physicality and speed. Jefferson can take a short pass and turn into a big gain very quickly. As the year moves forward, I do not foresee anybody taking this #1 spot away from Jefferson as this receiver is one of the best overall prospects from out #TN2024 class.
