The top ranked prospect by PRZTN for the #TN2024 class, Carter took full advantage of his lone season at Bradley Central by putting up some big numbers and helping lead his Bears team deep into the Class 6A playoffs. Carter was a big catalyst on the Bears offense that opened things up and allowed his teammates to shine as defenders would target the future Tennessee Volunteer on a consistent basis but he would still excel as a home hitting playmaker game in and game out. He certainly earned his Mr. Football award this year!

Boo Carter Boo Carter 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Bradley Central | 2024 State TN is a 6-foot tall, 180-pound athlete out of Bradley Central High School and is the most electric player to watch in the state of Tennessee. He showcases very good hip fluidity and ankle flexion to make sharp cuts. His elusiveness is great in space but also excels in tight spaces, making it very difficult to get a clean hit on him. Good pace manipulation, Carter is excellent at decelerating to instantly reaccelerating to blow by defenders. When route running, he displays dynamic footwork to create separation and understands how to attack leverage. Great contact balance, superb explosiveness off collisions with nice body control. His versatility stands out on offense and can play multiple DB spots on the defensive side of the ball.
