This is the top rated interior O-lineman at this point for the #TN2024 class and someone that I feel is sitting way under the radar at the moment as a sleeper Power Five prospect. Riggs is a well rounded O-lineman that could honestly play all five positions in the trenches if needed but his biggest upside resides inside at guard or center. The Patriots senior prospect is well balanced as he brings a nice mixture of athleticism and physicality to the line as well as a great mental awareness for the game of football. Riggs ranks 50th overall at the moment but could honestly move up with continued work this summer during the college camp season.
