The JSerra product is one of the top backs in the vaunted trinity league, and is a balanced prospect that should have a monster senior season. He is a explosive runner with natural forward lean, leg drive through contact and has outstanding contact balance and body control through traffic and in the open field. He shows he can cutback against flow, has good vision in tight windows with start/stop abilities and can make tacklers miss in the hole. In the open field, he has a third level gear to break away and natural hands out of the backfield while able to get YAC and make big plays in the open field. Fredericksen is going to be a very nice late steal for a college program and is another prospect that has been severely under-recruited.
