He is a drop back passer that can move through his progressions quickly buy time with his legs in and out of the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield and not afraid to take a shot to deliver. He shows he can drop the ball into a tight window over the top, leads his receivers open and can scramble around and make plays with his legs when needed and has sneaky athletic abilities when on the run with long strides and a good initial burst. He plays with good leverage, a strong initial strike and powerful base while showing he can choke out blockers and hold his gap without losing ground and eating double teams consistently in the box. He does a nice job at working flat backside to make tackles in the backfield and can punch off quickly and convert run to pass from the inside with good movement and closing speed for his size.
