Deleon is the next young up and coming wide receiver from the Trinity League and should be drawing plenty of next level interest at the FCS+ level over the next two seasons. He is a sneaky quick receiver that can get open against press coverage, has downfield speed in the clear and some wiggle after the catch to make tacklers miss. He shows outstanding ball skills and strong hands while able to go up and make contested catches and can play in the slot or outside with a well built frame. Heading into his Junior season he will be one of the top wideouts across the Trinity League and is a breakout candidate that should really start to see his stock rise in 2026.

JSerra had a great day and the three quarterbacks spread the ball around to their receivers nicely. Deleon was making big catches in traffic and was consistently getting open throughout the day. He is sure-handed and was able to make plays over the middle and on the outside.

Deleon caught 12 passes for 163 yards for JSerra as a sophomore last season.

He’s a slot guy who makes a lot of plays in the short game on hot routes and slants. Deleon is good at finding holes in zone coverage and can win matchups in man coverage with his route running. He looks like he’s put on some muscle this offseason and is expected to have a bigger role in JSerra’s offense this season.
