Jordan Reyes | Prep Redzone Scout
Up and coming OC prospect at one of the top programs in the country. Selected as the OL MVP at the PRZ Showcase in the spring. At 6’2” 290 lbs. he’s got brute strength in both his hands and lower body. He wins matchups up with quick feet and good positional leverage. Hard initial punch to the breastplate, he gets good extension early and can reposition quickly to sustain. Plays with a good base and is tough to move. One to watch as he develops and gains experience. Attended a variety of camps/showcases this offseason and performed well.

Oliva earned MVP honors from the center position and won a ton of reps during the one-on-one period.
His initial punch was too much for a lot of the defensive linemen to handle and he replaces his hands quickly. He has fast feet and keeps his hips square.
Oliva doesn’t give up too much ground and impressed the coaches on hand. He needs to make some strides in the weight room this offseason but he has the tools to be a varsity contributor for Bosco.

Oliva was very impressive in the one-on-one drills against a variety of solid competition.
He has a good initial punch out of his stance and always has his hips square. His feet are quick enough to adjust to speedy defenders with his legs rather than his arms.
Oliva needs some time in the weight room, but he could be an asset on St. John Bosco’s offensive line in the near future.

Oliva is an extremely versatile Offensive Lineman that can, and has, play any position across the front. At 6-foot-1 and 270-pounds, his ability to play anywhere makes him quite the valuable commodity. Strong at the point of contact and understands leverage at an advanced level. Keeps a solid base and doesn’t bend or over-extended. A well-balanced prospect who sits nicely in a pass protection and is a road grader when running the ball. Long term I expect to see him as a Center since his build lends itself to the position, and he has a lot of experience snapping the ball already.
