Rhoa earned All-County honors from the OC Register and was a top performer at the Under Armour Next camp in April.

He also had offers from Oregon, UCLA, Penn State and Alabama among others. Rhoa is one of two players from California in Texas’ 2027 recruiting class and the fourth offensive lineman.

People have expected Penn State to be the favorite to land Rhoa and he is visiting there this week. He recently visited Texas and Oregon and mentioned he wants to take all of his official visits before committing.

Rhoa had some of the most dominant wins during the one-on-one period of anyone at the event. He is much bigger and stronger than when I saw him at this event last year and plays with a strong initial punch. Rhoa never gives up too much ground and has a good post foot inside to cut off inside pass rush moves.
