People have expected Penn State to be the favorite to land Rhoa and he is visiting there this week. He recently visited Texas and Oregon and mentioned he wants to take all of his official visits before committing.

Rhoa had some of the most dominant wins during the one-on-one period of anyone at the event. He is much bigger and stronger than when I saw him at this event last year and plays with a strong initial punch. Rhoa never gives up too much ground and has a good post foot inside to cut off inside pass rush moves.

Recent Offers: Florida, Penn State
Notes: Rhoa is another elite tackle prospect with all the intangibles and tools you look for in a true P4 tackle and dominated top competition in the vaunted trinity league. His length, athletic abilities and hand violence/power at the POA make him very intriguing and one of the better at his position on the west coast.

Rhoa shined at the Under Armour Camp and is one of the best pass blockers in the state regardless of class.
He is quick with his hands and can knock defenders off-balance with his initial punch. His pad level is always good and he is a natural bender.

Rhoa was the best tackle at the Under Armour Camp in my opinion and has been racking up offers this offseason. He has an ideal tackle frame and had some of the best hands at the event. His initial punch is violent and he’s quick out of his stance. Rhoa’s athletic enough to keep up with the speedy edge rushers and has a natural bend.
He has offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State and USC among others.

Ideal size and physical skillset at 6’5” 290 lbs. Possesses a lot of key traits major D1 programs look for with his versatility and ability to be effective as both a run blocker and pass protector. He’s a plus athlete that shows natural movement skills and bend while playing leverage at the POA. Flashes good initial quickness out of his stance to beat opponents to the spot and gain positioning. Drives his feet through contact finishing his blocks through the whistle while playing with an edge. In pass protection, he’s quick into his kick step and is well-balanced to match movement and keep a clean pocket from the interior or off the edge. High IQ blocker that understands how to create and maintain positional leverage with force. Top tier prospect that has cemented himself as one of the premier 2027 offensive linemen in the country. Holds offers from many of the top ranked programs including Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Penn State, and USC.
