Vunileva got some significant playing time at right guard on a very good Orange Lutheran offensive line as a sophomore. He is violent with his hands and has a motor. Vunileva gets up the field quickly and is a good blocker in the open field on screens. In the run game, he drives his feet through contact well and has the strength to bury defensive linemen up the field. He has an offer from San Jose State.

Entering into our WL rankings this time around, the OLU product is one of the more anchor strong inside guys in the region heading into the season and is a true space eater inside that should find his home as a true nose at the next level. He is heavy handed, can eat double teams and drive blocks and shows some interior twitch as well against bigger guards and centers. He is a definite name to watch this Fall within the class and is a breakout candidate as we move forward.
