for quite some time, and I think the graduates ahead of him will allow him to take over at the helm. His biggest strength is in the pocket, but he does have some film showcasing his ability to move around, buy time and tuck and run from time to time. He is excellent at throwing on the run and across his body when the situation calls for it. He displays good arm strength on some tight window throws where he is forced to fire it in. On deep balls, he has good touch and can be very accurate with where he places the ball. All in all, I think Snip will be a really good starting QB for a Hudsonville program that I feel confident will continue to develop him nicely.

Hudsonville has a couple of good QBs in their system. If I had to bet, Treyson won’t be QB1 until the 2026 season, and he may be QB2 this season.
His freshman tape is promising. It kicks off with a good throw on the run, then Treyson shows his ability to scramble and use his legs to earn 1st downs. All in all, he looks like a good enough athlete to be a good pro-style varsity player- I don’t see him as a true dual-threat yet. As for passing, he’s still quite raw. Wonky throwing motion and inconsistent velocity, but a definite high upside.

Snip could very realistically be the starter for Hudsonville as soon as the 2026 season! Even as a freshman, his highlights remind me a lot of this year’s Hudsonville QB,

In Treyson’s first highlight, he rolls out to the right and delivers a strike to an improvised route to the sidelines. Great throw on the run from Treyson, but also great awareness from his WR. His second highlight shows off an excellent designed run. Great blocking from his line to open up a huge hole, then phenomenal job fighting through contact to get the ball inside the 5. In fact, I think that’s his best trait. I’ve seen a lot more teams (including Hudsonville) run QB power/counter/etc, making it SO important to have a tough, athletic QB.
Keep it up in the weight room, polish up that throwing motion, and learn how to read coverages. Treyson has a very high ceiling, and I hope he reaches that ceiling!

This will be my first time seeing Snip in person. From what I have seen, he’s a confident QB with a good arm and ability to hit any route on the tree. He is a true dual threat kid with the ability to extend plays and hit throws precisely while on the run. I will be looking forward to his testing numbers and his performance in the 1on1 period!

Trey is a completely new name to me, and I’m excited to watch his tape throughout this season.
Skimming his highlights, it’s apparent that Trey has a big arm and way better accuracy than most 2028 QBs. In short, Trey has a great foundation of his overall accuracy and throw power, and he can hit receivers just about anywhere on the field- even if he’s outside of the pocket. That said, Trey has great athleticism and can deal real damage with his legs. There are several instances on tape where Trey earns an explosive play on the ground, and I LOVE to see that with any Quarterback. This is a QB who can truly let it rip and he found great success at the middle school level. Moving forward, I’d love to see Trey continue to work on his footwork and throwing motion.

Trey has been on the radars of many across the state for a little while now. He already has pretty darn good size, and he has some natural ability to go with it and if he continues to work on those traits, he could be a highly touted prospect before long. I love the zip on the football on short and intermediate throws, and he shows accuracy even under some fire. He will need to continue to work on deep ball accuracy but I have very little doubt that he will polish that up with experience and gaining strength. I think Trey will be a fun one to see develop in the weight room to pack weight on his frame, and to see him continue to work on his mechanics and overall quarterbacking skill.

Hudsonville is home to the Michigan quarterback that shows some really good things on tape. Listed at 5-foot-10 and 145-pounds, he’s a good-looking athlete that can hurt the defense with both his arms and legs–but more of a passer if the opportunity is there. There are a number of big takeaways watching Snip’s film. He has very good awareness and pocket presence for being so young. In addition, he moves with fluidity and understated speed. Does an advanced job of squaring his shoulders and making accurate throws on the move. Also really like his release. The overwhelming majority of the time it’s a crisp over-the-top release, but also can change arm angles to get the ball out through natural (or created) passing lanes.
