Ideal size, length, and growth potential for a P4 WR at 6’4” 170 lbs. He’s a natural hands catcher of the football that competes at the high point with great body control and leaping ability. Shows he can make the contested catch and extend outside his framework to snatch the ball over the top of defenders or on the boundary. A long strider that can stretch the field vertically or create separation at the short and intermediate levels. Length and ball skills make him a mismatch for any high school defenders and he does a great job using it to his advantage. Moved up 71 spots to the #17 ranked WR prospect and #123 overall in the updated PRZ state rankings. Collected four D1 offers before signing to Washington State on early signing day.

Embree caught 24 passes for 423 yards and four touchdowns last season in seven games.

He chose Washington State over Air Force, Florida Atlantic and Portland State who also offered him.

Embree is one of five players from California in Washington State’s 2025 recruiting class.

Embree is a long 6’4” 170 lb. outside receiver with great downfield ability. He excels as a deep threat and red zone target that can stretch the defense with his clean releases at the LOS and plus long speed. Length gives him a large catch radius that extends outside his framework and allows him to go over the top of DB’s to high point. Love his aggressiveness to attack the ball in the air rather than wait for it. Shows a natural ability to track and adjust to the ball in flight, especially the deep ball. Does a good job creating positional leverage and battling for positioning to play the ball at the catch point. Picked up his first offer from FAU towards the end of the 2023 season and possesses good upside and foundational size/skillset to build on.
