He has good athletic ability due to very good jumping, good acceleration, change of direction, and speed. Tripp maintains a good release and uses his good separation quickness to get open. He’ll fight through contact to get open or find a soft spot in the zone to exploit. Smooth route running with good ball tracking and very good catching. He’ll pluck the ball out of the air. Uses his strong hands to hold onto the ball while taking a hit. Keep an eye on Tripp this off-season!
