Hupfer flashed his potential with 10 tackles (7 solo) in a varsity game against Cedar Falls as a sophomore in 2024. You can watch him perform in that game on his Hudl page. Hupfer is an active outside linebacker that diagnoses plays well and operates within the defense. When the ball carrier come his way, he’s a technically sound tackler able to separate from blocks. There’s an impressive clip of him lining up on the edge and beating the O-Lineman for a tackle. Unfortunately, those are the only available highlights from last season. Hopefully we get more in 2025.
