Expert Analysis
Rob Howe | Prep Redzone Scout
With an offense with a lot of mouths to feed, Reinders found ways to eat when opportunities came his way. The junior caught 19 passes for 288 yards and five touchdowns as a long-limbed, agile receiver with a ton of upside. Reinders’ projectable frame is capable of adding plenty of good weight in a college strength and conditioning program without the loss of agility, speed and athleticism. There’s a chance he could grow into a tight end, a spot where his traits would play up even more. Reinders flashes potential during his 11th-grade highlight video. The first clip shows him running a straight go route down the sideline, beating the defensive back for a big gainer. Speed, arm length and athleticism all played a role in the reception. Reinders delivers on various routes throughout the rest of his film, offering a versatile skill set that should be getting him more attention along the recruiting trail.
