Owen Herrick Owen Herrick Owen Herrick 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Central Catholic | 2028 State PA s is ranked as the 24th-ranked prospect and the top quarterback in the 2028 class for a reason. He is a talented quarterback that I saw live throw the ball at our Prep Redzone Showcase last spring. I came away impressed with his mechanics and footwork as a quarterback. Then he dominated this season for Pittsburgh Central Catholic as they won the 6A WPIAL Title, and they continue to play for a PIAA State Title. Herrick is a talented quarterback and deserves the top-ranked spot as he continues to play at a high level for PCC.
