Manny Regus Manny Regus ATH Central Catholic | 2027 PA is a good edge defender for PCC. He gets off the ball extremely quickly. He has a quick 1st step and fires out of his stance. He also has good quickness and burst. This allows him to get around offensive tackles that try to block him. He also uses his hands well by ripping through the body of an offensive lineman. He also has good closing speed to chase down players in the backfield. He is especially good at chasing down quarterbacks. On a talented PCC team, Regus stands out as well. He should have a big senior year.
