- Michigan Commit.
- Anchored an extremely high-powered offense in 2025.
- Extremely fundamentally sound. Great footwork, and rarely, if ever, gets caught off-balance.
- Does a good job playing through the whistle and finishing his blocks.
- Finds someone to hit late into plays. Used to going above and beyond.

Louis has done an excellent job anchoring the Saline offensive line. Without a doubt the #1 best interior offensive lineman in this class. High-end size, alongside excellent fundamentals. A super well-rounded IOL who should continue developing before wearing the Maize and Blue.
Can’t wait to see Louis and the rest of the Saline offense in this year’s postseason. There’s an incredible amount of talent and straight-up awesome teams on the D1 side this season, and a lot of people have been saying this could finally be Saline’s year.

No surprise Louis absolutely stuck out as a top performer on Thursday. Whether in the run game or passing game, Esposito consistently won his reps. He did make a couple of mistakes, but once he did and got coached up, he didn’t make them again. In fact, he made up for them the next play by burying his guy and getting to the 2nd level, or winning his passing protection rep. He was coachable, never got complacent or lazy, and was able to elevate the play of the whole offensive line.

- The most fundamentally sound offensive lineman in this class
- Agility allows Louis to stick with bendier, faster linemen
- Has the power, anchor, footwork to stiff strong defensive tackles
- A touch under what some P4s would call “ideal” size
- Very few nitpicks. At this rate of development, Louis is a likely Power 4 starter one day
– Strong in-season competition and college-style offensive scheme both help development

I don’t mean to be a broken record, but Louis has had one of the most extraordinary 2025 offseasons.
This is why camp season is important. Louis has attended a few camps, did well, got invited to a few high-profile camps, stood out, and now Power 4 schools are on notice. Although a tad shorter than most P4-offered offensive linemen, Louis sports an elite anchor, a brutal punch, and all-around exceptional foot speed plus balance. Most high school offensive linemen, even great ones, struggle mightily in at least one of those mentioned categories. Louis is an exceptional talent, and he cracks the Top 5!

Louis is in the midst of a legendary offseason. Little attention heading into the new year, and now, offers from schools like Michigan and Pitt. When schools like those offer, I listen. Michigan and Pitt, in particular, are extremely selective when sending out offers.
The tape is what you’d expect. Detailed footwork, a wide variety of blocks, and all-around dominant play, especially when it comes to footwork. The elite footwork especially shines in the offseason- Louis has proven to have a consistent, balanced kickstep. Great anchor, great punch, and has overall proven to be one of the post fundamentally polished linemen in Michigan, regardless of class. I am leaning toward ranking Louis as the #1 offensive lineman in Michigan.

has developed every angle of his game over the last year. He’s gotten bigger and stronger, he has started to refine his technique, and his aggression and physicality is at an all-time high. Son of current Michigan defensive line coach Lou Esposito, this kid is undoubtedly getting some of the best coaching a prospect can ask for. It translates on the field no doubt. Mobile, aggressive and has the ability to understand where he can have an advantage and Louis capitalizes more often than not. Tons to like about Esposito heading into this fall!

Louis’ 2027 tape shows an excellent foundation.
I’ll first mention the play at 0:55. Louis does an excellent job of quickly pulling, then eliminating the DE from the play. Textbook pull and hit.
Next, 1:01 shows a similarly great pull. This time, Louis sees himself 1on1 with a DB. Instead of slowing down and allowing the DB to get by him, Louis runs full-speed at the DB who doesn’t see it coming. 1:38 shows a good reach block, and 1:14 shows solid agility on the screen.
Overall, Louis is a good offensive lineman who was asked to execute a ton of different blocks last season. I like his agility, I like his physicality, and I’m expecting an improved Junior season. Could definitely be a good college prospect in a year’s time.
