The Spring Mills Cardinals have another potential dual-threat quarterback coming up through their ranks in 2029 QB Kimari Fisher Kimari Fisher 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB/LB Spring Mills | 2029 WV . He did some good things on their younger squad this season and should develop well in their program. Fisher could be in the mix to be the starter next season and could help the team as an ATH as well. He’s a wait-and-see prospect to see how he develops, but keep Fisher’s name tucked away.
