Kent is a smaller, but crafty receiver who has already picked up some recruiting buzz. He plays both ways for Cartersville and doubles as a track athlete, running 11.49 in the 100M this spring. Kent is light and soft on his feet, allowing him to break down defenders and create his own yards. He is explosive in the short areas, sticking his cleats in the turf and exploding through running lanes. He is a breakout candidate for this fall.

Kaiden Kent Kaiden Kent 5'8" | 150 lbs | DB Cartersville | 2028 GA is certainly one of the best in the 2028 class. I have covered Kent for a while now and just years ago you could tell Kent would be special. He has a tremendous work ethic, he’s a son of a great coach who instills great things in him and it shows on and off the field. Kent is lockdown and has the footwork to really keep up with any receiver in the state. I have watched Kent up close in games and at camps and his ball skills are incredible to watch. Kent is a fearless player and that alone has him stand out. Kent is going to certainly blow up this season in the 2028 class.

-An absolute technician at the Cornerback position and one of the most fundamentally-sound 2028 prospects you’ll find in the country at this point.

-Gives up significant size but lines up each play like the he’s biggest, baddest dude on the block. In the next 6-12 months size will likely state to play a factor, but regardless, I’ll take a kid with an edge like Kent any day.

-Some kids are just flat out ball players. Has an incredible handle as a Point Guard in basketball, in football he has excellent quickness with the ball in his hands on offense and will go toe-to-toe with top WR’s on defense.
