I mentioned it earlier in the week, but Levstek continues to improve and raised his stock over the weekend. Levstek has always been big, but it looks like he has more good weight on his frame this time around, and he moves much better. D1 programs checked in during the first contact period, and I imagine that will continue into the spring. While he will be a late bloomer on the trail, I don’t see this kid not getting a shot in college.

Levstek is a pretty familiar name to us here at Prep Redzone, if you have been following along. He has always been big and fallen into prototype measurements, but his growth over the last year has been noticeable. He looks like a faster, lighter, and just more athletic player than he did a year ago. There is plenty of positive momentum here, and that resulted in him being a top performer over the weekend.

The 6’5 300lb standout at our Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase this past weekend was impressive to many eyes including mine. Carter Levstek Carter Levstek 6'4" | 324 lbs | OL/DL Mount Paran Christian | 2027 State GA showed just why he’s one of the state’s best players in the trenches. He’s got an excellent work ethic and competes to a high level on top of all the qualities of his game. Super impressive young man here going into this off-season and season!

I have always thought Levstek was a good ball player, and he is only getting better. He is a strong, solig 6’5 300 and a pure people pusher. He consistently displaces defenders on tape, and does it without perfect hand placement or technique. He is just a pack of raw power and projects as a road grader in the run game. There’s still some upside here, as he is still learning how to move with his body and is developing subtle mechanics tweaks. Intrigued to see how this offseason looks for him.

One of the better prospects at leveling up in his progression. He has been able to do a fantastic job when it comes to this, and is someone who can make a huge impact in the camp with his vision and progress through a rep. He has played tackle and guard, which leaves me to believe he has an advantage against many of the players he will be facing off against. He is set to be one of the key players watched by schools as they look for their next prospect.

Carter Levstek Carter Levstek 6'4" | 324 lbs | OL/DL Mount Paran Christian | 2027 State GA is another prospect I would keep an eye on regarding his future recruiting status. He measured in at 6’4 299 with a combine-best 83-inch wingspan. Levstek was strong and stout at the point of attack, allowing him to anchor and stall defenders when you pair that with his length. He probably projects more as a mauler on the IOL, but he keeps his feet active, allowing him to be competitive on secondary moves and recover when needed.
