Peeks was a bull in a china closet along the defensive front for the Georgia Future Stars eighth-grade team. At 6-foot-3 and 275 pounds, he was disruptive and gave opposing offensive linemen fits lined across from him. I figured it would only be a matter of time for the big man to pick up his first offer, and that rang true as Peeks was offered by the Arkansas Razorbacks and UAB Blazers during the event. He’s been active on the camp scene this summer, having already camped at Tennessee and Georgia, among others. Major future FBS prospect right here.

2027 6’3 284 OL/DL (Paulding Co Patriots): No surprise here that this incoming Freshman has turned heads on the Camp circuit this Summer. Big body with excellent weight distribution.  As an incoming Freshman there is no varsity film on Peeks but he is well on his way to becoming a National recruit. B2C 2x Middle School Lineman of the Year. He Picked up his 1st FBS/P5 offers this week from UAB and Arkansas.

Tipping the scale at about 270 pounds or more, Elijah Peeks Elijah Peeks 6'3" | 275 lbs | DL Cartersville | 2027 State GA is one to circle on any roster his name shows up on. He’s big, nasty, and can move! That’s a terrifying combination when you see Elijah approach the line of scrimmage. One of the most impressive things about him is his versatility as well. He can play almost all the techniques up front. No wonder he led his team in tackles one game. This prospect possesses God given size and the skills to use it in space or to ward off blockers to let his linebackers flow freely. This players potential is the best in his class at this position. The 8^th grade camp may have been a little lighter on the numbers, but the talent was phenomenal. Elijah Peeks Elijah Peeks 6'3" | 275 lbs | DL Cartersville | 2027 State GA , arguably the best defensive lineman in 2027 in the state of Georgia came out and did not disappoint. Peeks checked in at 6’3” and 270 lbs.  He demonstrated an amazing first step and power to finish plays alone the defensive line.  His size and low center of gravity make him a nightmare matchup with any offensive lineman.

Peeks possesses an intriguing blend of size and movement skills. He has good length, wide shoulders, and long arms, and Peeks has room to add weight. Possesses a long, athletic build with room for additional muscle mass. He flashes a burst off the snap, explosive coming out of his stance, and he shows the ability to ward off blockers with quick, violent hands. 

Despite a losing effort for the American team, Elijah Peeks Elijah Peeks 6'3" | 275 lbs | DL Cartersville | 2027 State GA had a monster day and was the game’s leading tackler as a Defensive Lineman. Yes, you read that correctly. Peeks is no stranger to success on the field with his ability but with five total tackles, including a pair of tackles for a loss, even I was impressed with the way the two-way linemen looked. Up to 6-foot-3 and 265 pounds now, he is/was a force on both sides of the ball and looks to be special. Was super impressed with his get off and violent hands. Really shining at Defensive End, he played insanely smooth in space for a guy of his size, at this level.

Earlier this summer at the Georgia Future Stars game, there wasn’t a more dominant Offensive Linemen than Peeks. At 6-foot-2 and a well-carried 245-pounds, Peeks is the type of Tackle/Guard that teams can build around and run behind on any down. For being as big as he is, he’s super athletic and can move well in open-field. He can climb to the next level as good as anyone is a terror on the second level, picking off scraping Linebackers and even Defensive Backs with ease. His versatility is also second to none. Biggest thing I love about Peeks is his mean streak. He plays with the perfect amount of nastiness, that can set the tone for the whole team.
