Justin Ruffin Jr Justin Ruffin Jr 5'9" | 160 lbs | ATH Christian Academy of Louisville | 2024 State KY is a player that has been high on my radar for a while now and continued to impress this season. He played a key role in CAL’s 3A State Championship run. Ruffin was an electric receiver on the offensive side of the ball where he was able to use his speed to blow by opposing defensive backs in the deep passing game. He also showed the ability to use his speed and elusiveness after the catch to turn short passes into big gains. Ruffin finished the season with 86 receptions for 1,379 yards and 18 touchdowns in 15 games. Justin also made an impact on defense where he was a lockdown corner on the outside. He finished the season with 39 tackles, two tackles for loss, and two interceptions. Ruffin is committed to Army where I can see him being a key contributor at the next level.
