. Wampler lines up at guard where he is at his best as a run blocker. He does a great job of exploding out of his stance and running his feet through contact to drive his man out of the picture with ease. Wampler finishes his blocks quickly, often ending in a pancake block. He has also proven to be reliable as a pass blocker, showing the ability to keep a strong base while absorbing contact, not allowing much penetration into the pocket. Wampler doesn’t currently hold any offers but he has received some college interest and has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.

is an offensive lineman who jumped onto my radar this past season. Wampler lines up at guard where he has proven to be reliable in pass protection. He keeps a strong base while absorbing contact, not allowing for much penetration into the pocket. Zachary has also shown promise as a run blocker, showing the athleticism to pull followed by the awareness to pick up blocks in open space. Wampler has received a little college interest but that should ramp up heading into his final season.

Zackary Wampier is an interior OL prospect out of Christian Academy of Louisville, and he is a big part of this program’s success. His ability to displace defenders shows up in his highlights. He plays with good pad level and hand placement, but his fundamentals do not allow him to get beat very often. In pass protection, he does a good job of passing off twists and flattening his defender. He is a kid who will have a big summer, and many schools will be asking about him.
