Jordan is a reminder of why senior season still matters as a prospect and that when a player puts in the work to develop/improve that it will pay off. Moving up almost 100 spots from the pre-season rankings to being a top 50 player in the recent post season rankings, Jordan was easily one of the biggest rankings mover.
I saw Jordan multiple times early in the fall and you could see he filled out his frame more from his junior year. He started his season playing like his hair was on fire chasing down ball carriers and making plays in the backfield. Shows nice speed/power & leverage off the snap. Jordan plays with good initial pop & gets blockers on their heels as he gets upfield and then finds / gets ball. He has the motor, frame, and athleticism to be a force and he proved it this fall being a co-captain and helping lead DeMatha to an undefeated season and WCAC Champions.
Back in August my though was – “Think he is going to have a big senior campaign & will be an FBS steal.” He backed that up as he signed with Coastal Carolina earlier this month and was a late steal for them indeed.
Ready to get to work!! Chants up👌🏽 https://t.co/bbDvu85HHY

Jordan just picked up his first FBS offer this past week from Coastal Carolina. He also has offers from Howard and LIU. He is a player I have been high on since DeMatha’s first game this season where he balled out against St. Joe’s Prep (PA). A prospect with a basketball background, Jordan made excellent strides in his game going into this season. Adding strength/bulk and developing as a pass rusher. His game is a nice combo of speed & power as he has great get off and can chase down ball carriers. While also able to fight through contact with good leverage and strength. I think he is a steal of a prospect right now and should be getting more FBS looks/offers before early signing day this year.
After a great talk with Coach Greer, I’m blessed to receive an offer from Coastal Carolina University!! @CoachMcGregor @tanksdaman2 @DMCoachbrown6 @DenocD pic.twitter.com/eoBjWKzsQ2

A player who caught my eye in warm-ups before the game for DeMatha. Jordan is a great size and frame player who looks stands out in a crowd. He has added good bulk/muscle over the year and shows well as an edge rush DE. Jordan played with a high motor all game long. He fights thru contact, can get on his horse and can run & chase down the ball from backside pursuit, and he gets sideline to sideline. Jordan flashed nice speed -to-power & leverage off the snap as well. He get good initial pop and gets blockers on their heels as he gets upfield and then finds & gets ball. One play he even shoulder charged into the blocker, sending him back and creating the space for Jordan to slip inside and down the line to make the tackle at the LOS.
I think Jordan is going to have a big senior campaign & will be a steal for someone at the FCS or even FBS level. Currently he holds FCS offers from Long Island Univ and Howard, but more schools should be pulling the trigger on him. He has size and athleticism and looks to have put it all together this season to be a total package. He will easily continue to add good muscle/bulk when he gets into a college weight room program and could develop into a dominate DL.

Stevens has offers from Long Island and Howard. Despite having a lean frame for the position, he has a relentless motor. Stevens is a second-effort guy who consistently wins with leverage and hand usage. Despite going against bigger opponents, he competes with confidence. Looking forward to seeing how he’s improved his explosiveness, strength, and pass-rushing repertoire since last season.
