Syracuse, Marshall, and Sacramento State have all offered Caesar. He caught 21 passes for 429 yards (20.4 yards per catch) and five touchdowns. Caesar is already a dangerous slot receiver with home-run play potential every time he touches the football. His speed, ball skills, and ability to stretch defenses vertically make him a nightmare for safeties in single-high or main coverage. Several plays in his highlights prove that time and time again. Caesar has that excellent short-area burst and lateral agility that allows him to make people miss in space. I can see Caesar solidifying himself as one of the most dangerous players in this state, regardless of class, this upcoming season.
