No game film to evaluate from 2028 St. Abans WR James Lowe James Lowe 5'9" | 175 lbs | WR St. Albans | 2028 State WV , but he impressed us in person earlier this summer at camp. That performance warranted a Top 10 WR ranking at this point in his young career, but future game film will determine which direction he moves in the rankings. Lowe flashed playmaking ability as a slot receiver at said camp and performed well during 1-on-1s among a talented skill group in attendance. He’s a name to tuck away for later once he produces film, but he’s sure to develop into a standout player on Friday nights for the Red Dragons.

A young 2028 prospect that I wasn’t aware of before the GC Exposure camp, but was impressed by, was St. Albans WR/DB James Lowe James Lowe 5'9" | 175 lbs | WR St. Albans | 2028 State WV . He’s a very athletic slot receiver with very good early speed and quickness that made him a difficult cover in 1-on-1s. Lowe was among the fastest players at the camp, proving so during the 40-yard dash segment. He ran step for step with the fastest receivers during 1-on-1s as a defensive back and has a ton of upside athletically that can be developed into a future star receiver for the Red Dragons.
