Bausley plays with consistently low pad level, getting underneath defenders and controlling the point of attack. Even without elite length, Bausley uses positioning and angles to his advantage, turning defenders and opening lanes in the run game. He understands how to get his hips involved and generate movement, which allows him to hold his own against bigger bodies. That leverage gives Bausley a dependable edge inside and is a big reason he’s earned D1 attention at the next level.
