Bellin is someone I’ve watched develop over the years, and he’s had to earn everything on the field. He waited in the wings and had to develop. He’s a scrappy receiver who isn’t afraid to block. He’ll fight downfield and play through the whistle. His 47 catches for 596 yards and 5 TDs were decent, but I think he takes on a much bigger role as the guy this upcoming fall. He’s come a long way physically, route-wise, and more. I’m excited to see what he does in year 4.

Bellin has been a very nice surprise because the development has been blatant. Coming in as a freshman, there was some talent but I thought he was a bit undersized and needed to develop. Well, he has across the board and is doing exactly what Carmel needs. He’s put the weight on in the weight room and it’s paying off because he can fight through contact and win those contested catches. He’s good after the catch as well and doesn’t is fairly slippery. With 397 yards and 3 TDs on the year, I love seeing Bellin take that step for Carmel and become their chain mover.
