Deising is a versatile TE who moves all over the field for Carmel. They’ll use him to block in the running game, send him in motion and get him the ball full speed, and then they’ll send him downfield on a route. When he has the ball and gets full speed, he’s hard to slow down. He’s thick and uses his frame the way you would want. He’s physical and isn’t afraid of contact. He’ll lower his shoulder and run through a DB. He’s got experience on the end of the line and can get off the ball fairly quickly. He’s a good piece for the Carmel offense and should be a vital part of the offense this fall.

Deising is an explosive athlete for his size and can do a lot of good things for an offense. He’s nimble and gets off the line like a receiver. He’s got the length to throw him up some red zone targets and give him a chance to go get them. I like his ability to create after the catch as well. He’s not just a straight-line TE, he’s someone who can make guys miss, find a block, and hit the big play. It’s pretty easy to see the potential with him and how some things come easily.
