Very athletic dual-threat quarterback with a lot of potential. Strong arm, very mobile prospect who has a quick release and smooth delivery. Flashes very good accuracy on the deep ball, ball comes off his hand hot. As a runner he is excellent and flashes great top-end juice. Picked up an early offer from Toledo, has a huge ceiling.

Harris didn’t waste the reps he got this year. In just 7 games, he completed 63% of his passes for 1,122 yards and 18 touchdowns, then added another 425 yards and 9 scores on the ground. He’s a legit dual-threat quarterback with the kind of athleticism that forces defenses to adjust. He plays fast, makes good decisions, and has already shown he can be efficient when given the keys. The talent is obvious, and the flash is real. Now it’s just about building on that momentum.

Harris got some varsity reps as a freshman and showed why people are excited about his upside. He’s a great athlete with a big arm and can flat out rip it. He launched a ball over 55 yards for a pinpoint touchdown last season, and throws like that don’t happen by accident. He’s got to be accounted for in the run game, too, which makes him tough to defend. Still raw in some areas, but you can see the flashes. He can throw off different platforms and make plays that most can’t. If he keeps developing, he’s got a chance to be a star.
